Responsibilities

• Collaborate with F&B Directors and hotel management to identify operational goals and best practices.
• Design and implement new systems, operating procedures, and organizational policies to improve employee and guest satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze data related to guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Generate charts, graphs, and other data visualizations of trends and insights and present findings to management.
• Monitor financial performance against budgeted targets, identifying variances and recommending adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 18 months of professional experience working in financial planning and analysis.
• At least 18 months of experience building risk evaluation models and assessing default probability of various entities and assets within the financial sector.
• At least 18 months of experience identifying inefficiencies in financial operations and recommending process improvements.
• At least 18 months of experience preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management, including highlighting key financial metrics and variances.
• At least 18 months of experience performing financial due diligence and valuations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Python, SAP, and SQL.
