About the position

Astrocare Class Inc is seeking a dedicated and independent Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves supporting the CLASS Business Director and offers opportunities for rapid advancement within a small, growing home healthcare company. The Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, managing client schedules, onboarding new attendants, and serving as the primary contact for a designated list of clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and process all pending approvals in the EVV system
• Communicate and collaborate with clients to address missed tasks
• Address EVV setup issues with office staff
• Complete final approvals
• Review authorizations and discrepancies with schedules
• Escalate over authorizations and discrepancies with schedules
• Escalate conflicts, grievances, and incidents to the CLASS Business Director
• Cross-train across various departments of the organization
• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas of improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong computer/technical skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and upper management
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal daily oversight
