Responsibilities

• Understand how the API will be used, including data exchange, request and response parameters, and which API will be called when.
• Understand how error handling will be implemented, including possible error scenarios and notifications to the relevant parties.
• Follow best practices and emphasize security.
• Actively engage with cross-functional teams.
• Translate software jargon for the intended audience.
• Identify misunderstandings as early in a project as possible.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
