About the position

Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract position that is 100% remote. The role involves working with a team of Consumer Experience Analysts and Reporting Analysts to analyze operational data, identify areas for process improvement, and enhance the consumer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, particularly with tools like Excel and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization, focusing on enhancing the consumer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, discuss, and implement enhancements and process improvements.
• Actively monitor live War Room efforts and trends that could impact the consumer experience.
• Monitor and interpret operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track impacts on consumer experience and overall performance.
• Present data insights effectively to senior level leaders.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Proficiency in Excel as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Snowflake and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of consumer experience metrics and analysis.
