As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in this mission by engaging in hands-on client consulting and analysis. Your primary focus will be to deliver sustainable growth to our clients by implementing and managing effective pricing and profit strategies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to identify and define the analytical and business needs essential for supporting our clients' objectives. In this position, you will utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to build models, manipulate data, and identify trends that present business opportunities for our clients. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will be key as you navigate complex challenges and provide insightful recommendations. You will be expected to analyze data and facts to present compelling arguments that drive decision-making and strategy development. As part of your role, you will have high-level exposure to C-suite leadership, where you will be responsible for routine reporting and presenting your analyses during internal client working sessions. Your ability to absorb constructive feedback and improve client deliverables will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects. You will also be a collaborative thought partner, actively contributing to individual and team deliverables while embodying our culture and core values. This position requires a commitment to quality and timeliness, as you will prioritize and deliver all assigned project tasks according to project timelines. You will engage in various company growth initiatives and be a role model for our culture, demonstrating a strong sense of personal accountability and ambition in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver all assigned project tasks per project timeline on-time with quality results; perform tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Follow standard processes, templates, and tools for building client materials.
• Identify and communicate status, risks, and issues impacting the quality or timeliness of work.
• Configure models with limited mentorship from project lead.
• Demonstrate interest and/or competence in tools needed to deliver project analysis (Excel, Power Pivot, and other analytical tools and software).
• Provide analysis as directed from team leads.
• Complete ad hoc data queries and analysis in Excel or other tools.
• Demonstrate superb attention to detail.
• Engage with C-suite leadership and be responsible for routine reporting including communication decks to clients.
• Present analysis during internal client working sessions and with clients.
• Absorb constructive feedback to improve client deliverables.
• Use listening and questioning techniques to understand issues and problems.
• Collaborate as a thought partner with internal and external teams.
• Participate in all company growth initiatives and be a role model of our culture and core values.
• Actively contribute to individual and team deliverables and proactively manage the quality of own work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in general business, finance, marketing, management, economics, mathematics, data and analytics, statistics, or actuarial science.
• Demonstrated ability in project management.
• Proficient in computer applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Upbeat, driven, and action-oriented professional with a high degree of ambition to perform in a dynamic environment.
