About the position

The Business Analyst at Ignite Digital Services will play a crucial role in supporting federal clients by developing and communicating organizational and process solutions. This position requires a motivated self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to enhance operational efficiencies through data-driven approaches. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and requires an on-site presence in Millington, TN, one to two days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate organizational and process solutions with recommendations based on understanding of the client organization.
  • Support team efforts through task management and delegation.
  • Prepare risk mitigation plans in collaboration with project management and technical subject matter experts.
  • Create and implement management plans for projects with transparent communication at all levels.
  • Prepare and update internal and external documentation for operational, managerial, and executive teams.
  • Conduct and participate in meetings with stakeholders to render project activities into actionable solutions.
  • Prepare white papers, informational presentations, and project plans to address gaps in the client transformation strategy.
  • Formulate and deliver analytic and no-code solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum DoD Secret security clearance
  • Minimum four (4) years of related consulting experience
  • Demonstrated experience in dashboarding, data insights, Salesforce dashboarding and configuration
  • Experience in graphics, data visualization, and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in policy writing and research
  • Experience in customer experience and social media management
  • Strong writing skills and communications planning
  • Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Training Plan Development
  • Experience in technical specifications development and business process analysis
  • Strong communication skills, including strategic communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time, and organize/plan effectively
  • Attention to detail and quality-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in MSOffice 365 tools
  • Onsite presence in Millington, TN.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with federal personnel and pay regulations
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with help desk model formulation/optimization
  • Experience with organizational strategy development
  • Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe practitioner
  • Experience with Agile-Lean methodology including SAFe and SAFe for Government
  • Experience with MS Project.
