About the position

The Business Analyst role at Wipro Limited is designed to serve as a liaison between customers and the Wipro delivery team. The primary purpose of this position is to gather and analyze customer requirements, ensuring that these are effectively communicated to the delivery teams to facilitate the right solutions for clients. The role involves extensive interaction with both internal teams and clients to optimize business integration and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer requirements and articulate them to the delivery teams.
• Interface with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements.
• Detail out scope documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and features.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications after thorough research.
• Engage with internal teams including project managers, pre-sales, tech leads, and architects to formulate responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Communicate the financial and operational impact of changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation.
• Conduct periodic reviews with customers to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
• Engage with the delivery team to ensure the right solutions are proposed to customers.
• Review test cases to ensure 100% coverage of customer requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis on proposed solutions before sharing with customers.
• Support QA team with periodic testing and provide timely feedback.
• Conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to validate solutions.
• Use data modeling practices to analyze findings and design improvements.
• Define and plan project milestones and phases with the principal consultant.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality deliverables on time.
• Build domain expertise and contribute to the knowledge repository.
• Write whitepapers and research papers to share with the consulting community.
• Conduct market research to provide the latest inputs into projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Mid-level experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and current technological trends.
• Proficient in documentation and research orientation.
• Ability to articulate requirements and perform market research.
