About the position

The role serves as a liaison between customers and the Wipro delivery team, focusing on understanding and analyzing customer requirements to ensure effective solution delivery. The position involves gathering customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining customer relationships to optimize business integration and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze customer requirements and articulate them to the delivery team.
  • Interface with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements.
  • Detail scope documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and features to capture all customer needs.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications after thorough research.
  • Engage with internal teams to design accurate responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Communicate the financial and operational impact of changes to stakeholders.
  • Maintain periodic communication with customers for feedback and clarifications on proposed solutions.
  • Empower customers through demonstrations and presentations of proposed solutions.
  • Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
  • Engage with the delivery team to ensure the right solutions are proposed to customers.
  • Review test cases to ensure 100% coverage of customer requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on proposed solutions before customer presentation.
  • Support QA team with periodic testing and provide timely feedback.
  • Conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to validate solutions.
  • Use data modeling practices to analyze findings and design improvements.
  • Define and plan project milestones and phases with the principal consultant.
  • Drive and challenge delivery teams on execution plans.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality deliverables on time.
  • Build domain expertise and contribute to the knowledge repository.
  • Engage with other BAs to share expertise and increase domain knowledge.
  • Write whitepapers and research papers to share with the consulting community.
  • Identify and create use cases for business enhancements.
  • Conduct market research for content development to ensure customer delight.
