About the position

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst whose primary responsibility will be to interface with end-users, IT teams, and key stakeholders to gather system requirements. The role involves applying technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Requirements Elicitation. Responsibilities

• Interface with end-users, IT teams, and key stakeholders to gather system requirements.
• Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Conduct requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure project success.
• Translate customer needs into prioritized features for execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience running SQL queries and working with databases (preferably Cassandra, MongoDB, and Hadoop).
• At least 2 years of experience in the Banking domain.

Nice-to-haves

• Agile Product Owner certification.
• Experience in Agile projects.
• Experience with validation tools like Rally/JIRA, Hive, RIT.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Planning and coordination skills.
