Requirements

• Prior experience with Payments (SWIFT, ISO20022, Real-Time, Instant, Request to Pay, Domestic, Cross-Border, High Value, Low Value and Mass Payments)
• Understanding of securitization products such as ABS, RMBS, CMBS, Agency, or CLO/CDOs
• Solid understanding of mortgage products and processes used by mortgage lenders and servicers
• Knowledge of underwriting loan origination processes and loan servicing practices
• General knowledge of Capital market and bond market structure
• Knowledge of financial cash flow modeling, investor reporting, and regulatory reporting
