About the position

The Process Business Analyst at CMTS plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users. This position focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and providing insights to enhance decision-making throughout the software development lifecycle. The role emphasizes process improvement and the implementation of effective software solutions to support the company's infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing current processes to identify areas for improvement, such as bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop recommendations for new processes.
• Collaborating with teams to develop and implement new processes, procedures, and technologies.
• Providing training and support to staff on new technologies and processes.
• Conducting performance assessments to ensure processes are effective through audits and assessments.
• Preparing documentation and reports to present to senior management and clients.
• Working with project managers and accounting teams to identify and monitor process risks.
• Keeping up with best business practices and technological developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis identifying process improvement opportunities and using software tools for implementation.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in requirements gathering and process modeling.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with a Project Management Information System (PMIS).
• Experience with creating data dashboards.
