Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Prepare flow charts, diagrams, and Use Cases to illustrate processes and systems.
• Collaborate with multiple vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
• Maintain accurate records and status reporting for ongoing projects.
• Deliver oral and written instructions clearly and effectively.
• Prepare required deliverables in accordance with established procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in preparing Use Cases and flow charts.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry practices and standards.
• Experience with data structures, application programming, and relational database technology.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Jira and Long Term Care Population systems.
• Familiarity with complex eligibility systems and Unified processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
• Understanding of MA HIX or other State Health Exchange systems.
