About the position

The Business Analyst at Imerys will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics AX Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related software across various Imerys entities. This role involves solving technical issues, developing a strong understanding of business processes, and assisting in the evaluation of new software products to enhance service performance. The position requires collaboration with business representatives to ensure effective implementation and documentation of projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system and related software systems in different Imerys entities.
• Solve tickets opened by the business for Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP systems and Basware.
• Develop strong business process understanding through continuous interactions with business representatives.
• Follow policies and procedures for identifying, prioritizing, implementing, and documenting requirements and projects.
• Assist in the evaluation of new software products or services and suggest changes to existing software to improve performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, including an engineering degree with computer-related coursework.
• Two years of experience in the job offered or as a Programmer/System Analyst and/or Developer.
• Experience developing functional and technical specifications for AX enhancements.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and assisting during User Acceptance Testing.
