Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Technology Services (HRTS) on operational logic and technology concerns.
• Analyze support data to create actionable business insights using tools like Qlik.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems for the Global People Services team.
• Oversee system maintenance tasks within platforms like Workday Journeys, DocuSign, and SERV.
• Develop and implement support tools including worksheets, calculators, and robotics applications.
• Act as the primary contact for GPS technology across all platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with technology teams and data analytics.
• Proficiency in tools such as Qlik, Workday, and DocuSign.
• Strong problem-solving skills for operational issues.
• Experience in developing and implementing support tools and technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-haves
