About the position
As a Data Analyst for US-Companies, you will interact daily with various department leaders, compiling and manipulating data into a digestible format. This position is crucial for improving data compilation and analysis within the company, which has experienced significant growth since its founding in 2013. You will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in decision-making through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a data flow diagram
- Assist with data automation
- Appropriately commission and decommission data sets
- Develop reports, dashboards and visual aids for decision making
- Manage or participate in data-related projects, including timelines and deliverables
- Train end-users on new reports and dashboards
- Provide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing
- Assist with budget development, projections, trends
- Identify capacity and forecast constraints for our production team
- Sharpen, challenge, and assist in updating KPIs organizationally
- Implement and enforce data control strategies and procedures
Requirements
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, time management
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Visual Basic, SQL, Power BI, Tableau are pluses
- A proven track record of goal achievement
- Outstanding communications, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills
- Small to mid-size company, manufacturing experience preferred
