Requirements

• Skilled in the use of low code technology and the development of automation solutions.
• Active listener and strong communication skills (both verbally and in writing).

• Knowledge of automation assessment, lifecycle methodologies and documentation best practices.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification a plus.
• Automation certification in Automation Anywhere, MS Power Platform, Blue Prism or UiPath preferred.
• Knowledge of GM Financial or another auto finance company core business functions, policies and procedures a plus.
• Experience with various automation and productivity tools.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist builder in completing all necessary training to meet compliance.
• Assist builder in defining the process requirements for automation, clarify the inputs and expected outputs and create the necessary automation documentation.
• Assists with the successful deployment, adoption, and transformation of employee technology services across the global enterprise.
• Promote and support the benefits of automation.
• Work closely with the technology solutions team to ensure all requirements are accurately documented.
• Educate users on the automation lifecycle and guide them through the implementation process.
• Identify and recommend automation improvement concepts and techniques.
• Use strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively via email, virtual or in person.
• Communicate new ideas and perspectives.
