About the position

The Business Banking Center Manager I at NBH Bank is responsible for leading a team to provide exceptional banking services to small business and consumer clients. This role emphasizes building relationships, motivating staff, and achieving sales and service goals while ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The manager will actively participate in community engagement and drive initiatives to enhance banking services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Train and coach a sales team to pursue small business and consumer clients.
• Achieve specific sales and service goals related to business banking services.
• Provide a full range of banking services with a focus on deposits, treasury management, and loans.
• Represent the bank in the community and drive Work Perks Banking initiatives.
• Assist other departments as needed and foster a respectful work environment.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of banking experience with a focus on external business development.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
• Registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required.

• Bilingual language skills.
