The Business Banking Lending Product Risk - Insights & Reporting Analyst position at U.S. Bank focuses on supporting Business Banking Lending Products by analyzing risks and opportunities within various lending portfolios. The analyst will gather and integrate data from multiple sources, perform in-depth analysis, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review risks and opportunities in Business Banking Lending Portfolios on a monthly basis.
• Conduct research and analysis of identified trends and present findings to management.
• Gather and integrate data for reporting projects.
• Perform in-depth analysis and interpret results to develop actionable insights.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data to answer business questions.
• Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis.
• Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in data acquisition and sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-5 years of data analysis experience.
• Experience in SAS/SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or other BI tools for data manipulation and transformation.
• Strong analytic skills to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret results for insights.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with senior management and business partners.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
