Responsibilities

• Review risks and opportunities in Business Banking Lending Portfolios monthly.
• Conduct research and analysis of identified trends.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.
• Gather and integrate data for reporting projects.
• Perform in-depth analysis and interpret results.
• Develop actionable insights for customer and employee populations.
• Collaborate with partners to provide a holistic view of analysis.
• Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in data acquisition and sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-5 years of data analysis experience.
• Experience in SAS/SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or other BI tools for data manipulation.
• Strong analytic skills to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret results.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with senior management and business partners.
• Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
