About the position

As a Business Banking Portfolio Manager at Associated Bank, you will play a crucial role in underwriting, credit monitoring, and managing Business Banking relationships. Responsibilities

  • Underwrite and monitor credit for Business Banking relationships.
  • Analyze financial data for loan requests and recommend appropriate structures.
  • Manage renewals, annual reviews, and financial document collection.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Commercial/Corporate or Specialized Banking and/or Credit Approval.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable.
