About the position

As a Business Banking Portfolio Manager at Associated Bank, you will play a crucial role in underwriting, credit monitoring, and managing Business Banking relationships. You will also be tasked with completing credit presentations and collaborating with internal partners to address any credit inquiries that may arise. Additionally, engaging in community functions to promote the bank is an essential part of your role, allowing you to build relationships and enhance the bank's presence in the community. Responsibilities

  • Underwrite and monitor credit for Business Banking relationships.
  • Analyze financial data for loan requests and recommend appropriate structures.
  • Manage renewals, annual reviews, and financial document collection.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor loan repayment and address any issues that arise.
  • Complete credit presentations and collaborate with internal partners on credit inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Commercial/Corporate or Specialized Banking and/or Credit Approval.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable.
