About the position

The Business Center Assistant Manager at PNC is responsible for overseeing the operational soundness of the branch, ensuring compliance with security procedures and regulatory guidelines. This role involves managing service and operational aspects of the branch, building a high-performing team, and driving revenue through proactive client interactions. The Assistant Manager fosters a positive work environment, focuses on employee engagement, and ensures adherence to risk management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the operational soundness of the branch and team.
  • Manage service and operational aspects of the branch.
  • Build a high performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development.
  • Drive revenue and loyalty through proactive client interactions.
  • Influence eco-system partners in an omni-channel environment.
  • Provide solutions and advice to improve client financial well-being.
  • Foster a positive working environment that facilitates exceptional service.
  • Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth.
  • Consistently inspect, support, and coach the branded sales process.
  • Drive the employee engagement experience and manage talent acquisition.
  • Responsible for the Branch & Business Center risk process.
  • Train and coach team members on operational/risk activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in banking or customer service.
  • Ability to manage and coach a team effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven experience in sales management and achieving targets.
