About the position

The Business Change Director for Risk Adjustment Data Quality at Elevance Health will act as a strategic partner for the Enterprise Risk Adjustment and EDA teams, focusing on the quality and completeness of Risk Adjustment data. This role involves identifying trends, strategizing improvements in data sources and processes, and implementing projects that align with business unit and enterprise goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner for the Enterprise Risk Adjustment and EDA teams.
• Monitor the quality and completeness of Risk Adjustment data received through HealthOS.
• Identify trends and strategize improvements for data sources and processes.
• Lead efforts to identify best practices in Risk Adjustment.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses for proposed changes.
• Build support for business change throughout the business unit.
• Provide coaching and consulting support for process, project, and change management initiatives.
• Lead project prioritization and scheduling activities for the business unit.
• Support execution of the operating plan.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives.

Nice-to-haves

• Risk Adjustment Data experience.
• Knowledge of planning models and methodology.
• Project management and change management experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus.
