About the position

Elevance Health is seeking a dedicated professional to work closely with the NY Healthcare Networks Vice President and Chief of Staff. This role is pivotal in identifying and implementing various projects, programs, and plans that align with the business unit and enterprise goals. The position supports a hybrid workplace model, requiring a minimum in-office commitment of 1-3 days per week, with candidates expected to reside within 50 miles or a one-hour commute of a relevant Elevance Health location. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential issues, managing project changes, and defining project scope. They will lead efforts to identify best practices and determine the impacted parties, business partners, and resources required for successful project execution. Additionally, the role involves developing and designing processes and systems that meet business needs, integrating functions and processes, and conducting cost/benefit analyses. Building support for business change throughout the business unit is also a critical aspect of this position. To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a BA/BS in a related field and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement, business change, or project management. A combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background will also be considered. Preferred candidates will have experience in developing and managing projects with significant operating budgets and a strong knowledge of process redesign. Experience in provider account management, data operations, and data management is also advantageous.
