About the position

The Business Change Manager Sr at Elevance Health is responsible for collaborating with the NY Healthcare Networks Vice President and Chief of Staff to identify and implement various projects and programs that align with the business unit and enterprise goals. This role involves leading change initiatives, developing processes, and building support for business changes throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.
• Leads efforts to identify best practices.
• Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
• Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
• Designs methods for integrating function and process.
• Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
• Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of process improvement, business change, or project-related experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with significant operating budgets.
• Knowledge of process redesign.
• Experience in provider account management, data operations, and/or data management.
