About the position

The Business Change Manager at Elevance Health is responsible for collaborating with management to identify and implement various projects, programs, and plans that align with the goals of the business unit and the enterprise. This role involves leading efforts to identify best practices, developing processes and systems to support business needs, and conducting cost/benefit analyses to build support for business changes throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential issues, project charge, and scope.
  • Lead efforts to identify best practices.
  • Identify impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
  • Develop and design processes and systems that support business needs.
  • Design methods for integrating function and process.
  • Conduct cost/benefit analyses.
  • Build support for business change throughout the business unit.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years process or project related experience.
  • Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with significant operating budgets.
  • Knowledge of process redesign.
