About the position

The Business Change Manager at Elevance Health is responsible for collaborating with management to identify and implement various projects, programs, and plans that align with the business unit and enterprise goals. This role focuses on leading change initiatives, developing processes, and ensuring that business needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope.
• Leads efforts to identify best practices and impacted parties.
• Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
• Designs methods for integrating function and process.
• Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
• Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years process or project related experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with significant operating budgets.
• Knowledge of process redesign.
