About the position

The Business Change Manager at Elevance Health is responsible for leading projects and programs that support the achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. This role involves identifying potential issues, developing processes and systems, conducting cost/benefit analyses, and building support for business change throughout the organization. The position requires collaboration with management and various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential issues, project charge, and scope.
  • Lead efforts to identify best practices.
  • Identify impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
  • Develop and design processes and systems that support business needs.
  • Design methods for integrating function and process.
  • Conduct cost/benefit analyses.
  • Build support for business change throughout the business unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of process or project-related experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and managing projects with significant operating budgets.
  • Knowledge of process redesign.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to create an effective team environment and build strong relationships.
