About the position

The Business Change Manager at Elevance Health is responsible for collaborating with management to identify and implement various projects, programs, and plans that align with the business unit and enterprise goals. This role involves leading efforts to identify best practices, developing processes and systems to support business needs, and conducting cost/benefit analyses to build support for business change throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope.
  • Leads efforts to identify best practices.
  • Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
  • Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
  • Designs methods for integrating function and process.
  • Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
  • Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

Requirements

  • A BA/BS in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of process or project-related experience.
  • Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with significant operating budgets.
  • Knowledge of process redesign.
