About the position

The Business Change Manager at Elevance Health is responsible for leading various projects and programs within the Clinical Operations team of Carelon Behavioral Health. This role focuses on collaborating with management and matrix partners to achieve business unit and enterprise goals, ensuring efficient operations through effective communication and organization. The position requires a hybrid work model, with in-office presence 2-3 days per week, and is aimed at individuals who can synthesize information from multiple stakeholders and drive business change.

Responsibilities

  • Work with management and team to identify and implement projects that support business goals.
  • Compile and interpret data using PowerBI and Workday to inform decision-making.
  • Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to communicate key messages and data insights.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to merge and compare large data sets for accuracy.
  • Manage collaborative tools like Teams to enhance productivity and maintain documentation.
  • Oversee governance of requests, ensuring completeness and status tracking.
  • Develop and maintain processes for documentation accuracy.
  • Collect and synthesize information from stakeholders in an organized manner.
  • Identify potential issues, project charge, and scope for projects.
  • Lead efforts to identify best practices and impacted parties for projects.
  • Develop processes and systems that support business needs and conduct cost/benefit analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of process or project-related experience.
  • Experience in developing and managing projects with significant operating budgets.
  • Knowledge of process redesign, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced Excel and MS Teams skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Word and PowerPoint.
