About the position

The Business Change Manager at Elevance Health plays a crucial role in driving organizational change by collaborating with management to identify and implement various projects, programs, and plans that align with the business unit and enterprise goals. In this role, the Business Change Manager will be responsible for identifying potential issues related to project changes and scope, leading efforts to pinpoint best practices, and determining the impacted parties, business partners, and resources necessary for successful project execution. The manager will also develop and design processes and systems that cater to the business needs, ensuring that all changes are integrated seamlessly into existing functions and processes. Conducting cost/benefit analyses will be a key part of the role, as will building support for business change initiatives throughout the business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and process redesign, with a proven track record of managing projects with significant operating budgets. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to foster a culture of change and improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of process redesign.
