Responsibilities

• Establish new banking relationships with corporations, partnerships, individuals, not-for-profit organizations, and associations.
• Service walk-in customers while spending significant time out of the bank in the offices of existing clients.
• Develop new business and call on prospective clients.
• Network in various ways in the community and be involved with a community organization that meets CRA requirements.
• Match products and services with customer needs and evaluate the amount of risk involved in entering into a relationship.
• Administer all loans within legal and regulatory requirements, the bank's loan policy, and procedures established by the Officers Loan Committee and Directors Credit Committee.

Requirements

• A college degree and/or 5 to 10 years of job-related experience in business (commercial lending).
• Complete knowledge of all commercial products and services including credit products, deposit/investment products, cash management, and other commercial services.
• Ability to motivate or influence others with a significant level of diplomacy and trust.
