About the position

The Business Compliance Officer for Image Guided Therapies (IGT) at Philips is responsible for implementing and overseeing compliance programs that align with Philips' Ethics and Business Conduct. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to federal laws and regulations while addressing the unique compliance risks associated with the IGT business in North America. The officer will develop compliance policies, conduct investigations, lead risk assessments, and promote compliance awareness within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to federal laws and regulations.
• Execute a compliance plan tailored to Image Guided Therapies while integrating Philips' global and regional requirements.
• Conduct investigations and monitoring activities to detect, prevent, and respond to potential compliance violations.
• Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation actions with relevant business, country, or functional leads.
• Promote compliance awareness through education, training, and communication initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of healthcare compliance experience in a medical device or health technology setting.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to manage diverse compliance projects.
• Juris Doctor or equivalent advanced degree with expertise in U.S. Healthcare Fraud and Abuse laws.
• Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
