This role requires you to work closely with various stakeholders, structuring tasks independently and providing support throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to technical implementation. You will be instrumental in breaking down silos within organizations, fostering collaboration, and enhancing customer relationships through the integration of customer, product, supplier, and material master data into cohesive solutions. Additionally, you will coordinate project teams and share your expertise through specialist coaching sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Consulting, evaluating, implementing, and optimizing master data solutions.
  • Moderating technical workshops for customers to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Bringing together concepts and requirements from business and IT to create solution designs for data and process architecture.
  • Working closely with business and technical departments to structure tasks independently and support from conception to technical implementation.
  • Breaking down silos and fostering collaboration among teams to enhance customer relationships.
  • Combining knowledge from different domains to create suitable overall concepts for master data integration.
  • Coordinating project teams and sharing knowledge through specialist coaching sessions.

Requirements

  • High level of creativity and technology affinity.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in providing professional and technical advice.
  • Experience in handling and using master data.
  • Desirable experience with PIM/MDM/ERP systems.
  • Confidence in using methods and tools related to master data management.
  • Desire for personal development and continuous learning.
  • Experience with interface technologies and exchange formats.
