Responsibilities

• Support sales and client management initiatives to ensure satisfaction for assigned projects.
• Lead and oversee all Network Analytics team reporting builds.
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to support initiatives.
• Design and enhance network templates and reporting systems.
• Maintain and improve market competitiveness reporting and presentations to stakeholders.
• Function as a leader for change and innovation within the team.
• Manage concurrent initiatives or act as project lead for complex projects.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in large data mining and business reporting.
• Experience in leading complex projects.
• Elevated focus on detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Proactive self-motivated work ethic with a consistent high performance.
• Ability to communicate and present to stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in complex reporting creation in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with 'Value Based Contracting' vs 'Fee For Service' models.
• Familiarity with multiple data mining software tools.
• Knowledge of coding languages such as VBA and Python.
