Responsibilities

• Support sales and client management initiatives to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead and oversee Network Analytics team reporting builds.
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners on various initiatives.
• Design and enhance network templates and reporting systems.
• Maintain and improve market competitiveness reporting and presentations.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in large data mining and business reporting.
• Experience in leading complex projects.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Proactive self-motivated work ethic with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to communicate and present effectively to stakeholders.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in complex reporting creation within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Value Based Contracting vs Fee For Service models.
• Knowledge of multiple data mining software tools.
• Familiarity with coding languages such as VBA and Python.
