The Global Credit, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Onboarding Operations (GCAOO) team is focused on delivering credit fulfillment, service, and operations of credit offerings, along with operational accountability for leasing and trade finance solutions. The GCAOO Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) team provides operational support by monitoring the completion of critical customer due diligence requirements as directed by the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and/or the Financial Crimes Global Standard. The QC/QA team is seeking to strengthen its risk management and infrastructure by focusing on key AML customer due diligence processes that have high risk and significant visibility. The QC/QA Governance Tableau Reporting, Metrics, and Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for data, analytics, and reporting that supports the GCAOO QC/QA program requirements. This role involves supporting management and other team members to produce performance results and analysis packages for senior management using data mining tools and metrics. The incumbent will maintain a culture of compliance and support the identification, escalation, and timely mitigation of compliance risks. This position will interface with auditors, business, and support leaders to ensure enforcement of the GCAOO QC/QA program.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the assessment of the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards
  • Performs monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation
  • Leads the implementation of optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity efforts
  • Manages the performance and productivity of team members that conduct quality inspection reviews
  • Ensures timely execution of QA activities including control execution, case management, and results reporting
  • Manages and reviews all operations front line unit responses for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews
  • Ensures accuracy of data and that relevant information is captured for inspection metrics to support governance for dashboard reporting

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as Data Analyst, or similar role in financial services industry
  • Demonstrating strong proficiency in utilizing data mining/analytics tools such as Toad, Teradata SQL Assistant, Microsoft SQL Server, and SAS
  • Familiar with MS Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook/Access), Tableau
  • Incumbents typically have over 8+ years of risk management and LOB/ECF experience
  • Employees in this role typically have prior metrics development, data analytics, risk management and/or operations management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (eg Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Economics)
  • Documented experience performing in a process oriented environment that changes periodically
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment, organize work & prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, successfully meet tight deadlines while ensuring data accuracy/integrity, and ability to work and execute with minimal supervision or remote management.
