About the position

The Business Credit Card Product Manager II or III is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and management of Ent Credit Union's business credit card products and portfolio. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring products meet member needs and business goals. The Product Manager will collaborate with various teams to drive innovation and deliver industry-leading business credit card products and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap and feature backlog for the business credit card portfolio.
  • Manage the entire product development process from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Regularly analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of credit card products, including ideation, development, launch, evaluation, and iteration.
  • Lead the creation and execution of product strategies to enhance the digital experience.
  • Define KPIs, analyze product metrics, and use member insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement and oversee strategies to enhance early-month and member engagement activities.
  • Create and execute comprehensive strategies for the credit card product line.
  • Identify and recommend improvements for member experience and operational efficiencies.
  • Conduct performance reviews to drive spending, engagement, and growth.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide reporting on performance, develop dashboards with the BI team, and analyze data to track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, legal, compliance, and risk management to ensure successful product launches.
  • Work with digital product, IT, and other stakeholders to improve the business credit card experience.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Risk teams to drive member growth and address challenges.
  • Manage external partnerships to improve efficiency and value.
  • Oversee high-impact, omni-channel campaigns with Marketing and Channel teams to boost acquisition.
  • Create and align acquisition strategies, set targets, and support with data and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of business banking experience for level II; 8+ years for level III.
  • 4+ years of financial product management experience for level II; 5+ years for level III.
  • 2+ years of data analytics and governance experience for level II; 3+ years for level III.
  • 2+ years of credit card product management experience.

  • Experience owning and managing a credit card P&L, including analytics skills.
