The analyst will engage in operational forecasting, planning, and reporting, playing a crucial role in enhancing the company's strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual planning (budget) process for over 200 locations across seven states.
• Update the monthly forecast in conjunction with leadership.
• Prepare monthly variance analytics comparing results versus plan and forecast, updating assumptions as needed.
• Provide ad hoc analytics covering various subjects and functions.
• Collect data from various sources to update KPIs and convert it into operational insights for planning and decision-making.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reporting packages.
• Perform diagnostic analytics to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency through expense reductions and revenue increases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of progressive experience in analytics and planning.
• 1 year of experience writing and using SQL daily.
• Experience with Excel; Power BI; Python is a plus (or similar platforms).
