About the position

The Business Data Analyst II position is focused on supporting the KYC/CIP program within the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Office of the LCPO-Compliance organization. The role requires a solution-oriented individual with expertise in KYC and CIP processes, responsible for providing guidance to business and operations teams, and conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data analyst team to assist in the creation and enhancement of CIP collection and verification dashboards
• Review dashboards to identify, document, and investigate anomalies in CIP/AML program warranting further review
• Identify requirements for further iteration, refinement, or maintenance of existing, or expanded, CIP monitoring dashboards
• Make recommendations for and execute on scalable process improvements and CIP program, or procedure, updates
• Assist in refining, and iterating, CIP monitoring program

Requirements

• Experience executing CIP oversight and monitoring
• Experience conducting and leading CIP/KYC, CDD, and EDD remediation efforts
• Experience conducting PEP reviews
• Experience developing EDD procedures and conducting EDD reviews
• Experience supporting audit and testing requests
• Experience conducting monitoring of AML training
