About the position

The position serves as a liaison between business lines and the Development team, focusing on analyzing business requirements to understand needs and create functional designs for applications. This role is intended for advanced or lead-level resources, responsible for mentoring less experienced team members and ensuring that applications meet business needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to understand business needs.
• Create high-level functional designs for applications.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
• Load existing RCM information into the RCCD using Excel.
• Enter remaining RCCD information from various sources including Visio diagrams and heat maps.
• Funnel questions on documentation to the internal Chase COE coordinator.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate.
• Comfortable running web searches for information.

Nice-to-haves

• Some comfort with Microsoft Visio.
