About The Position

As a Business Data Analyst/Project Manager at Sikorsky, you will play a crucial role in managing aerospace projects by assessing project issues, creating solutions, and tracking progress to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include developing monitoring systems, analyzing data using SQL and Tableau, and effectively communicating findings to drive decisions. You will also manage financial impacts of projects and administrative tasks to support seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile and Traditional project methodologies along the project life cycle.
• Proven skills in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Intermediate proficiency in using SQL to manage, manipulate, and analyze relational databases.

Nice To Haves

• Aerospace Experience
• Familiarity with JIRA, maintaining boards and ticket creation
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
• Experience with tools: Solumina LMP2P, Confluence
