The Patient Experience Data Analyst at Providence Swedish is responsible for acquiring, analyzing, and reporting information related to patient and visitor experiences. Responsibilities

  • Acquire and analyze data related to patient and visitor experiences.
  • Report findings to improve customer experience performance.
  • Utilize various feedback channels to gather insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Health and Social Field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of work experience in data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with basic statistical techniques such as profiling, correlation analysis, and trend analysis.
  • Experience in data extraction using SQL or PL/SQL.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cloud services and databases.
  • Experience creating customized dashboards and using CRM systems like Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with surveys and survey methodology.
  • Strong data technology and software systems experience.
  • Healthcare experience or experience in a complex organizational setting.
