About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role is crucial for supporting decision-making processes and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business decisions.
• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide business analysis support throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of data-related projects.
• Implement ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability for analysis.
• Vaticinate future trends based on historical data analysis and linked data methodologies.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL Server and experience with database management.
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information.
