About The Position

The Business Data Analyst position at Axonics is a salaried exempt role within the Commercial Insights and Analytics department, reporting to the Director of Commercial Insights and Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, validating, and optimizing data visualization tools, with a strong emphasis on Tableau. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to refine essential data metrics and transform them into engaging, insightful dashboards and reports that drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Highly experienced with Tableau's data visualization platform
• Comprehensive understanding of data visualization best practices
• Knowledgeable with database concepts and extensive hands-on experience with SQL
• Excellent data analytics skills using Excel
• Familiarity with data warehouse and integration tools (e.g. Snowflake)
• Strong organizational, project management, and documentation skills
• Team player with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Capable of quickly learning Axonics' business and commercial strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Tableau Data Analyst certification preferred
• Sisense familiarity helpful
• Prior experience in the Healthcare industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data analysis and visualization solutions that drive executive decision-making and actionable commercial insights.
• Create new interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to reinforce corporate strategies.
• Maintain and enhance existing Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the effectiveness of current data visualizations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Diagnose and resolve any problems related to data, dashboards, or reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through close collaboration with the Commercial Analytics team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
