Responsibilities

• Monitor the firm's case management system and perform change management tasks.
• Evaluate software and business processes to maximize performance and productivity.
• Communicate change management tasks with team members.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple resources and reconcile conflicts.
• Define technical solutions effectively and efficiently.
• Work directly with team members to understand individual needs.
• Implement and complete assigned projects.
• Provide recommendations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Excel, Stored Procedures and Functions, Power Pivot/View.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to identify risk and inefficient processes and lead change.
• Ability to analyze problems, solve them, and provide solutions.
• Strong internal/external customer service skills.
