About the position

The Remote Business/Data Analyst position at Adecco involves supporting the H&C Adobe, clinician dashboard, and TCPA processes. The role focuses on ensuring compliance in phone number sourcing for outreach and driving improvements in data processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the phone ingestion process to ensure compliance in sourcing phone numbers for outreach.
• Collaborate with team members to drive improvements in processes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (or higher) in MIS, statistics, computer science, mathematics, information management, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures with relational databases and data manipulation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with 2+ years of experience in problem investigation and resolution.
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS packages, including MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of statistical tools.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
• SQL skills and ability to design and manage database ETL processes, with experience in SSIS and/or Talend.
