About the position

The Business Data Analyst at Fluz Fluz LLC is responsible for performing extensive data analysis and transformation to support business decisions. This role involves analyzing financial, pricing, and user behavior data to develop statistical models that drive strategic initiatives. The analyst will also collect data through various methods, conduct statistical analyses, and create data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform high volumes of data analysis along with data cleaning/transformation to support business decisions with actionable insights.
• Analyze financial/pricing/user behavior to develop statistical models for strategic initiatives.
• Collect data through data mining models utilizing web scraping/API integration for quantitative/qualitative data model development.
• Conduct statistical analysis with predictive/prescriptive models (i.e., regression/decision trees, multivariate statistical analysis) to forecast user behavior/business trends.
• Design/develop relational database structures & write complex SQL queries.
• Build data visualizations/dashboards to communicate findings & enhance business processes.
• Evaluate systems/business processes based on statistical inference to boost efficiency & align with Fluz Fluz's objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Expertise in quantitative & qualitative data analysis, statistical inference, machine learning/deep learning NLP/statistical model building.
• Strong skills in complex data visualization/presentation & relational database management.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
