About the position

The Business (Data) Analyst role focuses on delivering comprehensive business and systems analysis artifacts, leveraging advanced enterprise data management concepts and tools. The position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and involves managing product and sprint backlogs while translating client and product strategy requirements into actionable application requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business and systems analysis artifacts.
• Organize and maintain Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Translate client and product strategy requirements into application requirements and user stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and manage the acceptance process with development teams.
• Work with large, multi-module enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
