Responsibilities

  • Establish and enhance clients' online presence through website development, SEO, local listings, and reputation management.
  • Generate awareness and leads through search engine marketing, social media engagement, display advertising, video content, and mobile advertising.
  • Grow audience engagement through brand content solutions and social media marketing.
  • Manage leads and customers using lead alert systems and engagement tools.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness using reporting tools and insights from emerging technologies.
  • Utilize marketing services to deliver exceptional results for customers.
  • Foster partnerships with local businesses to achieve their marketing goals.
  • Identify customer needs to develop tailored account plans and solutions.
  • Actively pursue and secure new business and revenue streams.
  • Retain, manage, and expand the client base in the digital landscape.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage client relationships and increase account revenue.
  • Articulate and present the product suite to business decision-makers.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers via various channels.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and devise strategies for long-term success.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and address any concerns regarding market share.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) effectively to record all sales activities.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in digital marketing, with Google AdWords and Analytics certifications preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience in high acquisition, consultative B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or media.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex issues.
  • Competitive nature with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and minimum liability insurance as required by law.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with emerging technologies like Virtual and Augmented Reality.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems beyond Salesforce.
